My sampler stopped working a couple of months ago and Max was onsite within 45 minutes and quickly figured out it was a bad weld on the channel output on the motherboard in the flow meter. He switched it to a spare one and made sure I still had a spare output on the motherboard in case it happened again. He also started the sampler when he was done so I could get my 24 hour composite sample.”
